Why was Max killed on Bones?
Fortunately they survive the encounter; unfortunately he dies in the hospital after the attack proved too much for his heart (he was able to say goodbye, in a way, to Brennan). Killed Off for Real: Brennan's dad, peacefully(!) of heart failure after saving his grandkids by killing two assassins.
This episode marks Ryan O'Neal's final appearence as Max Keenan, who was killed off at the climax of the episode. He had been a recurring role in the series since the season 2 episode, "Judas on a Pole".

In Season 8, a hacker named Christopher Pelant was able to drain all the Hodgins's bank accounts which contained the money that was used to keep the Cantilever Group active. When all the money was stolen, the Cantilever Group collapsed and left Hodgins broke.
Sully returns in The Grief and the Girl, having heard about Brennan's father's death. He flew in to check up on her. It was revealed that he has resigned from the FBI and now owns a sandwich shop and is in a relationship with a 28-year old oboe player. He eventually left and promised Brennan to keep in touch.
While Booth and Bones continue to have ups and downs in their relationship, in addition to two babies, they do get married by the end of the series and stay happily together.
In the second to last episode of season 6 Booth and Brennan have sex, consummating their relationship, and it is revealed in the last few moments of the season finale that as a result, Brennan has become pregnant, with Booth the father.
What happened to baby Hank on Bones?
Trivia. Ralph Waite who played Hank "Pops" Booth died in 2014. After his death, the show's writers stated that they did not plan to write an episode dealing with Hank's death, but would do their best to find some way to honor him on the show.

Do Hodgins and Angela get divorced?
Their wedding is cut short in the season two finale when it is revealed that Angela is technically married to the man from Fiji, Grayson Barasa. After Grayson signs the divorce papers in season 4 episode "Yanks in the U.K.", Angela and Hodgins realize that they do not trust each other and they break up.
It's revealed Jared is killed off in the premiere "The Loyalty in the Lie". When found, his corpse had been burned. This was confirmed when Temperance Brennan fixed the mistake that Arastoo Vaziri made when he identified his remains as Seeley Booth, Jared's older brother.
